This week's photo set is fitness themed, because after dealing with an angry psoas, I realized I need to work harder to counter sitting at a desk so much, because that really hurt! ๐ย
It's just a simple setup... a bench and some dumbbells, but that's all you really need for an effective workout, right? ๐ค
Since it's my first workout in awhile, I take it easy with some basic lifts and some step-ups until I get too warm and take my clothes off ๐ฅตย
