1. Introduction; Your Agreement to these Terms of Service

YV Digital Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, owns and operates www.yourvids.com and all affiliated websites and mobile versions, a platform where independent content creators can upload, publish broadcast, license, share, sell their original videos and tangible goods, and offer services such as live streams or live chats, to users. The Platform, as more fully defined in Section 3, provides explicit adult entertainment and is destined for the exclusive use of consenting adults.

1.1 Your Agreement to these Terms

Please read these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) carefully. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YourVids governing your use of our Platform, including all features, services, content and functionality offered by, on, or through YourVids and/or the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide and be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1.2 Modification to these Terms and your Agreement to these Modifications

We may change part of these Terms on one or more occasions, at any time and without notice. Changes will become effective on the “Last Updated” date as stated at the top of this page. Changes will not apply to ongoing disputes or to disputes arising out of or relating to events that occurred prior to the posting of such changes. While we may endeavour to notify you of any amendments to these Terms, we assume no obligation to do so, and you remain responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure awareness of the most current version. By continuing to access or use the Platform after any changes are made, you agree to abide and be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease accessing or using the Platform.

2. Scope

2.1 Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to:

• All visitors, users, and other persons who access or use the Platform.
• All content, features, and services available through the Platform.
• Any mobile applications, APIs, or related services we provide.
• All transactions, purchases, and any and all other financial activities conducted through the Platform.

2.2 Effective Date and User-Initiated Termination

These Terms shall be effective as of the date you start to use the Platform, regardless of whether you register an Account or not, and shall remain in effect as long as you use the Platform and/or maintain an Account on the Platform.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the termination or expiration of these Terms, the closure of your Account, or the cessation of your use of the Platform shall not affect the survival of the provision of these Terms as provided under Section 20.

3. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User to access certain features of the Platform.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the virtual account balance associated with your Account.
• "Boutique" means the section of the Platform where Creators can sell physical or digital goods.
• "Bundle" means a collection of Content items sold together at a combined price.
• "Chargeback" means a reversal of a credit card transaction initiated by the cardholder or their bank.
• "Content" means any and all material uploaded, posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, images, photographs, audio files, livestream material, text, comments, messages, boutique items, bundles, Creator Content, Custom Content, User Content, metadata, and any other digital or physical material whatsoever.
• "Creator" means a User who has completed identity verification and is authorized to upload, publish, sell, or otherwise distribute Content on the Platform.
• “Creator Content” means Content uploaded, submitted or posted on the Platform by a Creator specifically.
• "Custom Content" means any personalized content created by a Creator at the specific request of a User.
• “our Policies” or “YourVids’ Policies” mean and refer our Site Agreement, Privacy Policy, User Safety Policy, Creator Agreement, Anti-Trafficking Policy, Refund Policy, Complaints Policy, Content Removal & DMCA Policy, 2257 Compliance Policy, Prohibited Content Policy, and Content Moderation Policy;
• "Payout" means the transfer of Creator earnings from the Platform to their designated payment method.
• "Platform" or "Website" means the YourVids website, mobile applications, and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered by YourVids and its affiliates.
• "Platform Content" means Content created, owned, or licensed by YourVids, including but not limited to the Platform’s design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software.
• “Platform Materials” means the Platform, including without limitation its design, features, software, source code, functionality, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the selection and arrangement thereof, as well as the Platform Content.
• "Services" means all features, functionality, tools, and services provided through the Platform, including content hosting, streaming, e-commerce, messaging, and payment processing.
• “Terms” means the present Terms of Service, which incorporates by reference all of YourVids’ Policies as defined in this section.
• "Tip" means any voluntary monetary gift from a User to a Creator.
• "Transaction" means any purchase, sale, tip, or other financial exchange conducted through the Platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, or uses the Platform in any capacity, whether as a registered member or an unregistered visitor.
• "User Content" means all Content created, uploaded, or submitted by Users, including Creators.
• "Verified Creator" means a Creator who has completed our identity verification process.
• "Viewer" or "Member" means a registered User who accesses, views, purchases, or otherwise interacts with Content on the Platform.
• “YourVids”, “we”, “our” or “us” mean and refer to YV Digital Services LLC, the company that owns and operates the Platform. This definition applies exclusively to these Terms and at the exclusion of the Site Agreement, Privacy Policy, User Safety Policy, Creator Agreement, Anti-Trafficking Policy, Refund Policy, Complaints Policy, Content Removal & DMCA Policy, 2257 Compliance Policy, Prohibited Content Policy, Content Moderation Policy, under which the definition contained in the Site Agreement shall supersede the definition provided in this section.

4. Platform Description and Features

Further to the Platform’s description set out in Section 1, the Platform provides the following services and features,

4.1 For Viewers and Members:

• Content access: Browse, purchase, and view videos, images, and other digital content from verified Creators.
• Messaging: Connect with Creators through our secure messaging system.
• Custom Content Requests: Request personalized content from Creators who offer this service.
• Boutique Shopping: Purchase physical and digital goods from Creator stores.
• Tipping: Send voluntary tips to support your favorite Creators.
• Bundles: Purchase collections of content at bundled prices.

4.2 For Creators:

• Content Monetization: Upload and sell videos, images, and digital content.
• Paid Messaging: Monetize direct communication with Viewers/Members through paid messages.
• Custom Content: Create personalized content for individual buyers.
• Boutique Store: Sell physical merchandise and digital goods.
• Payout Services: Receive payments through various payout methods.
• Promotional Tools: Create content bundles, promotional codes, and “urLinks”.

5. Platform Changes

YourVids reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, discontinue, or remove any features, functionalities, or content of the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. YourVids makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from error. Without limiting the foregoing, YourVids may suspend, withdraw, restrict, or otherwise limit access to all or any portion of the Platform for any reason and without notice, and shall bear no liability to any User arising from such action.

6. Account Registration and Eligibility

6.1 Account Registration

In order to access most features of the Platform, you must create an Account. By registering with and/or using the Platform in any capacity, you represent that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. Further to the provisions set out in Section 1, your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue your registration and cease all use of the Platform.

During registration, subject to the specific requirements for Creators as provided in our Creator Agreement, you must provide a valid email address that you control, a password meeting YourVids’ minimum security requirements, a username conforming to YourVids’ Username Policy provided in this Section, and to provide express agreement to abide by these Terms, including any and all provisions under our Policies.

The registration of any Account on behalf of a corporation, organization, or any other legal person or entity is strictly prohibited without the express prior written authorization of YourVids. Any Account registered in violation of this requirement may be suspended or permanently terminated at YourVids' sole discretion, without notice and without liability.

6.2 Username Policy

Your username constitutes your identity on the Platform and is subject to the following restrictions. Usernames must not:

• Impersonate, or be likely to be confused with, any person, brand, or entity;
• Contain profanity, slurs, hate speech, or language that is offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• Include any contact information, including but not limited to email addresses, phone numbers, URLs, or social media handles;
• Infringe upon, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any trademark, trade name, or intellectual property rights of any third party; or
• Suggest, imply, or falsely represent any affiliation with, or endorsement by, YourVids or any of its staff, moderators, or official accounts.

YourVids reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to reclaim, reassign, modify, or permanently remove any username that violates these Terms or is associated with an Account that has remained inactive for a period of more than three (3) years. YourVids shall bear no liability to any User arising from the exercise of such rights.

6.3 Account Security, Responsibilities and Restrictions

By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during the registration process, including any profile information and content submitted in connection therewith, is your own, complete, truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any respect;
• You, as an individual User, may maintain only one Account on the Platform unless expressly authorized otherwise in writing by YourVids;
• Your Account on the Platform is destined for your own personal use and as such, you will not sell, assign, trade, or otherwise transfer your Account to any third party;
• You will regularly review your account activity and Transaction history;
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and secure, and you will immediately notify us at support@yourvids.com if you suspect that someone has used or is using your Account without your authorization or if your account has been subject to any other breach of security;
• You will exercise particular caution when accessing your account from a shared or public device so that third parties may not access, view or record your password or any other personal information contained in your Account;
• You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur on your Account and to safeguard your login credentials from any unauthorized use. As such, you agree that:
• YourVids shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account, regardless of whether such use was known or unknown to you;
• You may be held liable for any loss, damage, or prejudice suffered by YourVids or any third party as a result of unauthorized access to your Account arising from your negligence; and
• We may require additional verification before processing certain Transactions or changes to your Account.
• If you are using the Platform on behalf of a corporation or any other forms of legal person or entity, you warrant that you are duly authorized to grant all licenses provided under these Terms and that you are duly authorized to bind the corporation or legal person or entity to these Terms;

7. Payment Terms and Billing

7.1 Payment Processing

Purchases can be made using major credit and debit Cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and Discover, as well as other payment methods as may be made available by YourVids from time to time, and all payments are processed through third-party internet payment service providers.  By purchasing Content through the Platform, you agree to abide by the customer terms and conditions of these third-party service providers. YourVids has no control over the terms and conditions of these third-party service providers.

If you cannot agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party service providers, do not purchase any Content.

7.2 Authorization

By providing your payment information and completing a purchase on the Platform, you expressly authorize YourVids to charge the specified amount to your designated payment method. You represent and warrant that:

• you are the lawful holder of, or are otherwise duly authorized to use, the payment method provided; and
• the payment information you submit is true, accurate, and complete.

YourVids reserves the right to cancel or suspend any Transaction where it reasonably suspects that the payment method is being used without authorization.

7.3 Pricing and Currency

With respect to pricing and currency, the following terms apply:

• All prices displayed on the Platform are denominated in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified at the time of the Transaction;
• Prices for Content are set exclusively by Creators and may vary at their discretion. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, fairness, or consistency of any Creator-set prices, and shall not be held responsible for any pricing errors or discrepancies introduced by Creators;
• Platform fees and minimum price thresholds may apply to certain Transactions, as determined by YourVids from time to time at its sole discretion. Applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to the completion of any Transaction;
• All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance thereof;
• YourVids or the Creators (for their own Content) may, at their sole discretion, offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or other incentives from time to time. Such promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or modified by YourVids at any time without notice. Promotional pricing may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated; and
• International Users acknowledge that additional charges may be imposed by their payment service provider, including but not limited to foreign transaction fees and currency conversion fees, for which YourVids bears no responsibility or liability.

7.4 Taxes and Duties

All purchases made on the Platform may be subject to applicable taxes, including but not limited to sales tax, value added tax (VAT), duties, customs fees, or any other taxes or levies imposed by the laws of your jurisdiction (excluding income tax). The following terms apply with respect to taxation:

• Displayed prices may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location. Where required by applicable law, we will collect and remit the relevant taxes, which will be charged to you on our behalf when completing purchase processing;
• Where YourVids is not required by law to collect applicable taxes on your behalf, you are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and remitting any taxes, duties, customs fees, or other fiscal obligations arising from your purchase or use of any paid service on the Platform; and
• You are further responsible for any related penalties or interest arising from your failure to comply with applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction. YourVids bears no responsibility or liability for any such obligations, penalties, or interest, and makes no representation as to the tax treatment of any transaction conducted on the Platform.

7.5 Billing Descriptor

For your privacy, all charges from YourVids will appear on your credit or debit card statement as YVBILLING.COM. We use RocketGate as our payment gateway to securely process all card transactions. 8. Refunds and Chargebacks

8.1 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of many of the Content sold through the Platform, our standard policy is that purchases or fees associated with your Account are final and non-refundable. For more complete information about our refund policies, please visit our Refund Policy page.

8.2 Chargeback

Chargebacks harm the Platform and our Creators, and any initiation thereof will result in serious consequences. If you make a purchase that initiates a chargeback in connection with any transaction made on the Platform, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following measures:

• Your Account may be immediately suspended, with or without prior notice, pending the outcome of an investigation into the disputed transaction. During any such suspension, access to the Platform and any associated content or services may be restricted;
• YourVids will actively dispute any chargeback it deems unwarranted and reserves the right to submit to the relevant financial institution or payment processor any evidence it considers appropriate, including but not limited to transaction records, account activity, communications, and proof of service delivery;
• If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, unsubstantiated, or filed in bad faith, your Account will be permanently terminated and you will be prohibited from registering any new Account on the Platform;
• You shall be liable for any and all fees, costs, penalties, or damages incurred by YourVids as a result of the chargeback, including any fees imposed by financial institutions or payment processors; and
• YourVids reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available under applicable law in the event of fraudulent chargebacks.

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team at support@yourvids.com before initiating any chargeback. YourVids is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

9. Content Access

9.1 Purchased Content

Upon completing a purchase of Content on or through the Platform, you will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view such Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Purchased Content will be accessible through your Account Library upon confirmation of payment.

Your access to purchased Content is contingent upon the following conditions:

• the Content remains available on the Platform;
• your Account remains in good standing; and
• you are not in violation of any provision of these Terms.

Access to the purchased Content may be removed or otherwise restricted if any of the above conditions is not satisfied.

9.2 Content Availability

While we endeavor to maintain the availability of purchased Content, we cannot guarantee indefinite access thereto. Content on the Platform, whether purchased or not, may be removed, modified, or otherwise restricted from time to time, for any of the following reasons:

• A Creator's decision to remove, restrict access, modify, or otherwise alter their Content;
• Platform moderation, policy enforcement, or a violation of these Terms or any applicable YourVids Policies;
• Legal requirements, court orders, regulatory directives, or valid intellectual property takedown requests; or
• Technical limitations, maintenance, or changes to the Platform's infrastructure or functionality.

We make no representation or warranty that any Content will remain available on the Platform for any particular period of time, and shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from the removal, modification, or restriction of any Content, whether purchased or otherwise, including where such removal results from a Creator's decision to modify or remove their Content or close their Account, whether voluntarily or otherwise, or for any of the other reasons set out above.

10. Prohibited Use of Content

You agree that you will only use the Platform for purposes expressly permitted and contemplated under these Terms. The license granted to you under these Terms is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial viewing of Content on the Platform. You may not, without our express written authorization:

• Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or share any purchased Content, except where expressly permitted in writing by YourVids;
• Screen capture, record, or otherwise capture, reproduce, or store any streaming Content in any format or by any means;
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit any Content, in whole or in part;
• Remove, alter, obscure, or circumvent any watermarks, digital rights management mechanisms, copyright notices, or other proprietary markings associated with any Content;
• Use any Content in any manner that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights or any other rights of the Creator, YourVids, or any third party, or that is otherwise inconsistent with these Terms; or
• Share your Account credentials or grant any third party access to your Account or any purchased Content.

11. Content Submission and Licensing

11.1 Grant of License

You may submit, upload, or post any Content to the Platform, including comments, profile information or Creator Content.  In doing so, you grant YourVids a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or hereafter developed, for the following purposes:

• Operating, maintaining, and providing the Platform and its features and services;
• Promoting, advertising, and marketing the Platform and its content;
• Developing, improving, and enhancing the Platform and any related services; and
• Any other purpose reasonably related to the operation or development of the Platform.

This license commences upon submission of your content to the Platform and continues for so long as the content remains on the Platform, or as otherwise required for the purposes set out above. You represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary to grant the license set out herein, and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

11.2 Your Representations and Warranties

By submitting, uploading or posting any content to the Platform, including comments, profile information or Creator Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole owner of the Content, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required to submit the Content to the Platform and to grant YourVids the license set out herein, without any obligation on the part of YourVids to obtain further authorization from any third party;
• Where your Content features, depicts, or otherwise includes any identifiable individual, you have obtained the prior, express, and informed consent of each such individual to the use of their likeness, image, voice, or personal information in the manner contemplated by these Terms;
• Your Content does not, will not, and is not susceptible to infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights, or any other rights of any other User or third party;
• Your Content complies, and will at all times continue to comply, with these Terms, all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, as well as our Policies as updated from time to time; and
• You are solely and exclusively responsible for your Content and for any and all consequences, claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the submission, publication, or distribution of your Content on the Platform. YourVids assumes no responsibility or liability for any Content submitted by you, and you agree to indemnify and hold YourVids harmless from any claim arising therefrom.

For further information regarding the rights and responsibilities of Creators with respect to Creator Content, please refer to our Creator Agreement.

12. Prohibited Content

The following Content, or categories of Content, whether actual, apparent, or simulated, are strictly prohibited on the Platform. No User may upload, submit, post, share or otherwise make available any Content that falls within the categories set out below. Any violation of this section shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate removal of Content, Account suspension or termination, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where required or deemed appropriate by YourVids:

• Minor-Related Content: Any depiction, suggestion, or implication of any person under 18 years of age in any context whatsoever, including any animated, virtual or AI-generated Content;
• Non-Consensual Content: Any Content depicting non-consensual acts, including sexual assault, rape, "revenge porn," or content posted without the depicted individual's consent;
• Trafficking/Exploitation: Any Content related to human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or slavery;
• Unlawful Content: Any Content that violates, or facilitates the violation of, any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including Content that incites, glorifies, or promotes criminal activity;
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Any Content that infringes upon, misappropriates, or otherwise violates the intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade secret, or any other proprietary rights;
• Fraudulent, Misleading, or Deceptive Content: Any Content that is false, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive in any respect, including Content intended to impersonate any person or entity, spread misinformation, or deceive users of the Platform;
• Malicious or Harmful Content: Any spam, malware, ransomware, phishing material, or any other Content designed or intended to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any User, device, or system; and
• Payment Processor Non-Compliant Content: Any Content that violates the terms, policies, or guidelines of any payment processor or financial institution through which transactions on the Platform are processed, as updated from time to time.
• Prohibited Categories of Content: Any Content that is assimilated or may reasonably be assimilated to the following Categories are prohibited under this section:

• Violence and Gore: Any Content depicting, glorifying, or gratuitously portraying extreme violence, blood, gore, torture, mutilation, dismemberment, or death, including but not limited to Content that presents such acts in a favorable or entertaining light, regardless of whether such Content is real, simulated, animated or AI-generated;
• Animal Content: Any Content depicting animals in any sexual, violent, abusive, or exploitative context, including but not limited to acts of bestiality or animal cruelty, regardless of whether such Content is real, simulated, animated or AI-generated;
• Illegal Activities: Any Content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or instructs in connection with illegal activities, including but not limited to the use, manufacture, or trafficking of controlled substances, the illegal acquisition or use of weapons or firearms, terrorism, extremism, or any other activity prohibited under applicable law;
• Hate Content: Any Content that promotes, incites, or glorifies hatred, discrimination, harassment, or violence against any individual or group on the basis of protected characteristics, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age;
• Bodily Waste: Any Content involving bodily waste or excretory functions, that violates the terms or requirements of any payment processor or financial institution through which transactions on the Platform are processed, regardless of whether such Content is real, simulated, animated or AI-generated;
• Extreme Content: Any Content depicting acts of an extreme nature that violates the terms or requirements of any payment processor or financial institution through which transactions on the Platform are processed.

13. Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in the following acts or conducts, whether actual or simulated, is strictly prohibited under these Terms and may result in immediate removal of Content, Account suspension or termination, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where required or deemed appropriate by YourVids:

13.1 Harassment and Abuse

No User may, directly or indirectly, on the Platform:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or otherwise engage in abusive conduct toward any other User or third party in connection with their use of the Platform;
• Send unsolicited sexual messages, advances, or requests to any User, or continue to do so after having been explicitly asked to stop;
• Doxx, or otherwise disclose, publish, or distribute any private, personally identifiable, or sensitive information of any individual without that individual's prior, express consent;
• Engage in bullying, targeted personal attacks, name-calling, or any other conduct intended to demean, humiliate, or cause distress to any individual; or
• Solicit, encourage, or incite any third party to engage in harassment, threats, or any form of harm against any individual or group.

13.2 Fraud and Deception

No User may, directly or indirectly, on the Platform:

• Impersonate any person, entity, brand, or organization, or otherwise misrepresent their identity or affiliation in any manner;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with the creation or verification of an Account, or at any point during their use of the Platform;
• Engage in payment fraud of any kind, including but not limited to the unauthorized use of another person's payment method, the filing of fraudulent chargebacks, or any other manipulation of the Platform's payment systems;
• Artificially manipulate, inflate, or otherwise distort reviews, ratings, engagement metrics, view counts, or any other indicators of popularity or credibility on the Platform, whether through manual means or automated tools;
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime in connection with their use of the Platform or any transaction conducted thereon; or
• File false, bad faith, or fraudulent DMCA takedown notices, intellectual property claims, or abuse reports against any User or Content on the Platform.

13.3 Platform Abuse

No User may, directly or indirectly, on the Platform:

• Create or maintain more than one Account without our express prior written authorization, as set out in Subsection 6.3;
• Share Account credentials, grant access to their Account to any third party, or allow any other person to use their Account, whether for compensation or otherwise;
• Use any bot, script, crawler, automated tool, or non-human means to access, interact with, or perform any action on the Platform;
• Scrape, harvest, mine, or otherwise collect any data, content, or personal information from the Platform without the express prior written authorization of YourVids;
• Attempt to probe, scan, test, circumvent, or breach any security measure, access control, or authentication system of the Platform, or gain unauthorized access to any restricted area, system, or data;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impair the operation of the Platform, its servers, or its infrastructure, or with any other User's ability to access or use the Platform; or
• Advertise, promote, or solicit Users or Creators to join or migrate to any competing platform or service, or otherwise engage in off-Platform solicitation in connection with their use of the Platform.

13.4 Commercial Violations

No User may, directly or indirectly, on the Platform:

• Conduct, solicit, or facilitate any transaction relating to Content or services outside of the Platform's payment systems, including for the purpose of circumventing applicable Platform fees or charges;
• Solicit direct payments from other Users, or share personal payment information, external payment links, or references to third-party payment platforms in connection with any transaction relating to Content;
• Use the Platform, or any Content or data obtained therefrom, for any unauthorized commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, sponsorship, or the resale of Platform services without YourVids' prior written consent; or
• Sell, distribute, or promote any counterfeit, unauthorized, or infringing merchandise or products.

14. Reporting Prohibited Conduct and Content

14.1 Reporting

If you become aware of any Content on the Platform, or any User engaging in conduct, that you believe violates these Terms, including the provisions set forth under Sections 12 and 13 herein, or any applicable criminal legislation, you are encouraged to report it to us as soon as possible by contacting us at support@yourvids.com. To assist us in investigating your report effectively, please include the following information where available: a direct link to, or a precise description of the location of, the prohibited Content or conduct in question; the username or Account identifier of the User alleged to be engaging in violative or suspicious activity; the date and time at which the Content or conduct was identified; a detailed explanation of the grounds on which you believe the Content should be removed or the activity investigated; and a statement certifying, to the best of your knowledge, that the information provided is accurate, complete, and submitted in good faith.

14.2 Law Enforcement

YourVids will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities and any order, directive, subpoena, or other legal process issued by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction requiring or directing the disclosure of the identity, location, Account information, or Content of any User. Such cooperation will be carried out in accordance with our Policies, applicable subpoena compliance procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Where your conduct on the Platform, or any violation of these Terms, including our Policies, attributable to you, causes YourVids to receive a subpoena, production order, discovery request, court order, or any other form of compulsory legal process, you agree to indemnify and reimburse YourVids, upon demand, for any and all reasonable expenses, judicial fees, and extrajudicial legal fees incurred by YourVids in connection with its compliance therewith. This obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and the closure of your Account.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

15.1 Platform Intellectual Property

The Platform, including without limitation its design, features, software, source code, functionality, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Platform Materials"), are the exclusive property of YourVids and are protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws. No ownership rights in or to the Platform Materials are transferred to you by virtue of your access to or use of the Platform. Except with the prior written consent of YourVids, you may not, directly or indirectly, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, store, lease, sell, or transmit any part of the Platform, Platform Materials or Platform Content. Any unauthorized use of the Platform Materials constitutes a violation of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws.

15.2 User Content Ownership

Users retain all ownership rights in and to the original Content they upload, submit, or post on the Platform. For further clarity, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights in such Content to YourVids.

However, by uploading, submitting, or posting Content to the Platform, Creators and other Users grant YourVids certain licenses with respect to such Content, as further set out in Section 11.1 of these Terms and, where applicable, in the Creator Agreement.

15.3 Copyright Infringement

YourVids takes intellectual property rights seriously and expects all Users and Creators to do the same. YourVids complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code (the “DMCA”), and will respond to valid and properly submitted notices of claimed copyright infringement in accordance therewith.

Upon receipt of such valid takedown notice, we will take appropriate action in compliance with DMCA requirements, including removing, disabling or otherwise restricting access to allegedly infringing User Content and if we deem appropriate, terminating the associated User’s Account.

15.4 Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their Accounts terminated. For complete information regarding our Repeat Infringer Policy, please refer to our Content Removal Policy & DMCA.

15.5 North Carolina Removal Requests

In accordance with the North Carolina Prevent Sexual Exploitation of Women and Minors Act (N.C.G.S. §§ 66-505 through 66-510) (the “NC Act”), any performer depicted in a pornographic image or intimate visual depiction published on the Platform has the right to request removal of such Content at any time, regardless of whether consent was previously provided. For the purposes of this section, “performer" and "pornographic image" have the meanings ascribed to them under the NC Act.

Upon receipt of a valid removal request submitted in accordance with our Content Removal Policy & DMCA, we will remove the applicable Content within 24 hours. Removal requests may also be submitted by an authorized representative of the performer, including, in the case of an individual under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian.

We will also temporarily remove any Content where a question arises as to the consent of a performer depicted therein, pending verification of compliance with applicable consent and age verification requirements. The collection, use, retention, and sharing of personal information in connection with your use of the Platform is governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy with respect to the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, retention, and sharing of your personal information as described therein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you specifically acknowledge that:

• YourVids may collect and process your personal data, including technical and usage data, as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy;

18. Termination and Suspension

18.1 Account Termination by the User

You may terminate your Account at any time and at your sole discretion by going to your “Account Settings” and selecting “Close Account”, or by requesting termination of your account with our support team at support@yourvids.com.

18.2 Account Termination by YourVids

In addition to the other provisions contained in these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your Account without prior notice or liability, for any of the following reasons:

• You violate these Terms, our Policies, or any applicable law.
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• We receive a valid legal request requiring account suspension.
• Your account poses a security risk to the Platform or other Users.
• You fail to complete required verification processes.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of more than three (3) years.

18.3 Effect of Account Termination

Upon any termination of your Account, whether it is initiated by you, or by YourVids, the following effects shall take effect immediately:

• Your right to access all of the features, services and functionality on the Platform that require an Account shall cease forthwith, including access to any Content previously purchased or otherwise made available to you through your Account. YourVids shall bear no obligation to preserve, export, or otherwise make available any such Content following termination;
• Any remaining paid access periods, subscriptions, tokens or prepaid entitlements associated with your Account at the time of termination shall be forfeited without refund, except where expressly required by applicable law. No credit, compensation, or alternative entitlement shall be issued in respect thereof;
• Where you are a Creator, any pending Payouts accrued prior to the date of termination shall be processed and disbursed in accordance with YourVids' Policies, subject to any applicable holds, deductions, fees, or withholdings, including any amounts owed by you to YourVids at the time of termination. YourVids reserves the right to withhold any pending Payouts where it reasonably suspects fraud, a violation of these Terms, or where such amounts are subject to a dispute or legal hold;
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations as required under these Terms, including our Policies, and any further obligations as required by applicable law; and
• Provisions under these Terms, including our Policies, that by their natures are intended to survive termination, will remain in full effect.

19. Dispute Resolution

19.1 Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Policy

19.2 User-to-User Dispute Resolution

It is understood that disputes and conflicts between Users should first be resolved directly between the involved parties. If you are unable to resolve a dispute directly with another User or Creator, you may contact our support team at support@yourvids.com for assistance. YourVids may, at its sole discretion, assist in facilitating communication between the parties, but is under no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise intervene in any dispute between Users. Any assistance provided by YourVids in connection with a dispute shall not be construed as an assumption of liability or as a binding determination of the matter in question.

YourVids is not a party to any dispute between Users arising from their use of the Platform and shall bear no liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising therefrom. Any decision we make in connection with a dispute between Users is made at our sole discretion and is not binding on either party unless expressly agreed to in writing by all parties.

20. Survival

Subject to and in addition to the other provisions under these Terms, the following categories of provisions under these Terms, including those contained in our Policies, shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms, the closure of your Account, or the cessation of your use of the Platform:

• All definitions and interpretation provisions, which shall continue to apply to the construction and enforcement of any surviving provisions;
• All intellectual property provisions, including without limitation those relating to ownership, licensing, restricted use, and infringement of the Platform Materials and Creator Content;
• All disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions, including without limitation any obligations you have assumed with respect to YourVids, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents;
• All dispute resolution provisions, including without limitation governing law, jurisdiction, arbitration, and class action waiver provisions;
• All provisions relating to payment obligations, outstanding balances, chargebacks, and any other financial liabilities incurred prior to or arising from the termination of these Terms; and
• Any other provision which, by its express terms or by its nature and purpose, is intended or necessary to survive the termination or expiration of these Terms in order to give full effect to its intent.

The survival of any provision under this Section shall not be construed as limiting YourVids' right to pursue any remedy available to it at law or in equity in respect of any breach of these Terms occurring prior to or in connection with such termination.

21. General Provisions

21.1 No Minors

As the Platform hosts primarily Content related and oriented towards adult entertainment, the Platform is not intended for minors. In order to access the Platform, you must be:

Any waiver granted in writing shall be effective solely with respect to the specific instance, circumstance, and purpose for which it was given, and shall not be construed as a continuing waiver, a waiver of any other or future breach or default, or a waiver of any right against any other person.

21.4 Assignment

YourVids (YV Digital Services LLC) may assign its rights or delegate any performance under these Terms without your consent and without restriction. You may not assign your rights or delegate performance hereunder without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment of rights in breach of this section is null and void.

The section and subsection headings contained in these Terms are included for ease of reference only, and shall have no legal effect.

21.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Site Agreement, Privacy Policy, User Safety Policy, Creator Agreement (if applicable), Anti-Trafficking Policy, Refund Policy, Complaints Policy, Content Removal & DMCA Policy, 2257 Compliance Policy, Prohibited Content Policy, and Content Moderation Policy, as can be amended by us from time to time and without prior notice, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and YourVids.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and any other document incorporated herein by reference, namely all the documents included in YourVids' Policies, the Site Agreement shall govern and prevail to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency. All provisions of these Terms, including the YourVids’ Policies, that are not in conflict with the Site Agreement shall continue to apply in full force and effect alongside the Site Agreement, without modification.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at support@yourvids.com. We will terminate any associated accounts and disable further access to the information. Where information or content relates to suspected child sexual exploitation, federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) requires us to preserve it and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement; in those cases we preserve and report rather than delete.

Parents and guardians: We encourage you to monitor your children's internet usage and teach them about online safety. Consider using parental control software to prevent minors from accessing adult content.

What We Prohibit

• Doxxing: Sharing or threatening to share private information without consent
• Threats: Any threats of violence, harm, or intimidation
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your identity

Blocking

Blocking is your boundary tool on YourVids. Both fans and creators can block any other user from their settings or directly from a profile. Blocks apply in both directions: once either side blocks the other, the protections below take effect for both.

When you block someone, they can no longer:

• View your profile, content, or wall posts
• Find you in search, listings, or recommendations
• Start a new conversation with you in messenger
• Send messages in any existing conversation with you
• Add your videos, boutique items, bundles, or custom orders to their cart, or check out items already in their cart
• Send you tips
• Pay for new messages or unlock pay-to-view attachments from you

What blocking does not do:

• It does not revoke access to content the blocked person already purchased before the block. Once paid for, content stays accessible. This protects both sides from chargebacks and disputes.
• It does not remove past comments, reactions, or reviews. To take down specific content, please report it.
• It does not automatically refund past purchases.

Geo-Blocking (Creators)

Creators can also block specific countries or US states from accessing their profile and content via Settings. Geo-blocks behave the same way as user blocks for browsing, purchases, tips, and paid messages originating from the blocked region.

Privacy

We do not notify the blocked user that they have been blocked. They will see neutral messages such as "This content can't be purchased at this time" or simply be unable to find you in search. The direction of a block is never disclosed.

Managing Blocks

You can review and remove your blocks anytime from Settings → Blocked Users.

3. Adults Only

YourVids is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. This is non-negotiable.

For Viewers

By accessing YourVids, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). In states and countries whose laws require age verification, you must complete age verification through our third-party provider before accessing the Platform. Your identifying verification data is processed by the provider and is never sent to or stored by YourVids.

For Creators

All creators must complete identity verification through our secure third-party partner before they can upload content. This verification confirms your identity and age. Additionally, anyone appearing in your content must also be 18 or older, and you must maintain documentation proving this.

Zero Tolerance

We have an absolute zero-tolerance policy for any content depicting, suggesting, or implying minors in any context. Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.

4. Conflict Resolution & Complaints

Disagreements happen. When they do, we encourage resolution through communication first. If direct resolution isn't possible, our support team can help mediate.

Allowed Content

YourVids is an adult platform. Consensual adult content between verified performers is permitted, subject to our content policies and applicable laws.

Prohibited content results in removal and potential account termination. In summary, YourVids prohibits any depiction or suggestion of minors, non-consensual content, and the other categories set out in that policy.

1. Introduction

Welcome to YourVids! This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you ("Creator," "you") and YV Digital Services LLC ("YourVids," "Platform," "we," "us"). It covers your rights, responsibilities, and the rules for uploading, selling, and managing content on our platform.

By registering as a creator, uploading content, or using creator features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Site Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

To help you understand this Agreement, here are key terms we use:

• Creator: A registered user who has completed identity verification and uploads content to sell or share on YourVids
• Content: Any material you upload, including videos, images, live streams, boutique items, bundles, and custom content
• User/Viewer: Any person who accesses, views, or purchases content on the platform
• Net Revenue: The amount you receive for your content, less any refunds issued to buyers and any chargebacks not covered by YourVids under Earnings & Payouts. Because the platform fee is paid by the fan, you receive 100% of your listed price
• Co-Creator: Any additional person who appears in your content
• Headquarters: Your creator dashboard where you manage content, earnings, and settings

3. Eligibility & Verification

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to become a creator on YourVids. No exceptions.

Identity Verification

Before you can upload content, you must complete our identity verification process. This involves:

• Submitting a valid government-issued photo ID through our secure verification partner
• Completing a live selfie check to confirm your identity
• Registering your face for our content verification system
• Passing a manual review by our trust and safety team

This verification protects you, your viewers, and our platform. Your verification documents are handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Maintaining Your Account

Keep your account information accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your account access with anyone.

4. Your Content

Ownership

You retain full ownership of your content. Uploading to YourVids does not transfer ownership to us. However, you grant us certain rights to display, distribute, and promote your content as described below.

License to YourVids

By uploading content, you grant YourVids a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and display your content on our platform
• Use thumbnails and previews for promotional purposes
• Process and transcode your content for optimal delivery
• Include your content in platform marketing (you can opt out in settings)

This license continues for as long as your content remains on the platform. When you delete content, we remove it from our active systems, though backup copies may persist for a reasonable period.

Quality Standards

We expect content to meet reasonable quality standards. This includes clear video and audio, accurate titles and descriptions, and appropriate categorization. Content that is misleading, improperly categorized, or of extremely poor quality may be removed.

Your Guarantees

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You created the content or have all necessary rights to it
• Any music, images, or other media are properly licensed
• All persons depicted have given informed consent
• The content does not infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights

5. Appearance Requirements

You Must Appear in Your Content

All content you upload must feature you. Our system uses face recognition technology to verify that you appear in your videos. This protects against stolen content and ensures authenticity for your audience.

Co-Creators

If other people appear in your content, they must be:

• Verified creators on YourVids: Link their profile when uploading, and their verified status covers the requirement
• OR provide documentation: Upload ID verification documents for each person through our secure system

If our system detects additional faces that aren't verified, your content will be held for review until you provide the required documentation. Keep consent records and age verification documents for all co-creators.

Consent Documentation

You are responsible for obtaining and retaining written consent from every person who appears in your content. This documentation must be available upon request and should include:

• Full legal name and signature
• Date of birth and age confirmation
• Consent to appear in the specific content
• Date the consent was given

6. Prohibited Content

Uploading prohibited content will result in immediate removal and may lead to account termination and reporting to authorities where required by law.

Payment Processor Restrictions

Major payment processors (Visa, Mastercard) have specific content restrictions. Content featuring certain themes, even in titles or descriptions, may be flagged and removed regardless of the actual visual content. This includes references to blood, certain bodily fluids, and extreme scenarios, which are prohibited and will be removed. See the Prohibited Content policy for the complete rules. Our moderation system automatically flags these for review.

7. Boutique & Store Items

Physical Items

If you sell physical items through your Boutique:

• Items must be legal to sell in your jurisdiction and the buyer's jurisdiction
• You are responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivery
• Product descriptions must be accurate
• You handle any returns or disputes directly with buyers
• Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and hazardous materials

Digital Goods

Digital items (photo sets, video bundles, etc.) must meet the same content standards as regular uploads. All content policies apply.

Item Images

Boutique item images go through our moderation system. Images must accurately represent the item and comply with our content policies.

8. Custom Content

Accepting Requests

You control your custom content settings, including whether you accept requests, your pricing, and delivery timeframes. When you accept a custom request, you're committing to deliver the content as described within the agreed timeframe.

Your Boundaries

You always have the right to decline any custom request for any reason. Set clear boundaries in your profile about what you will and won't do. Never feel pressured to accept requests that make you uncomfortable.

Delivery & Disputes

Deliver custom content within your stated timeframe. If you cannot deliver, communicate with the buyer promptly. Undelivered customs may be refunded, which affects your earnings. All content policies apply to custom content.

9. Pricing & Fees

You Set Your Prices — You Keep 100%

You have full control over pricing your content within our platform guidelines. Set prices that reflect the value of your work and what your audience is willing to pay. The price you set is the exact amount you receive from each completed sale: no platform commission is deducted, and YourVids absorbs chargebacks on delivered content. Refunds and uncovered chargebacks are addressed under Earnings & Payouts.

Platform Fee — Paid by Fans, Not Creators

YourVids operates on a unique model where the platform fee is paid by the fan, not taken from your earnings. When a fan purchases your content, the platform fee is added to their total at checkout. You receive 100% of your listed price.

The fan-paid platform fee covers payment processing, platform hosting, moderation, support, and all the infrastructure that keeps YourVids running. This model ensures creators keep every dollar they earn.

Tips

Tips from viewers work the same way — you keep 100% of the tip amount. The platform fee is paid by the fan on top of their tip. Tips are voluntary contributions from your audience and are processed through our standard payment system. Note that chargebacks on tips are not covered by YourVids and may be deducted from your earnings, as set out under Earnings & Payouts.

10. Earnings & Payouts

Tracking Your Earnings

Monitor your earnings in real-time through your Headquarters dashboard. You can see sales, tips, pending amounts, and payout history.

Hold Period

Earnings are held for 7 days before becoming available for payout. This hold period allows time to identify fraudulent transactions and refund requests before funds are released. After 7 days, your earnings become "ready for payout."

Minimum Payout

You must reach a minimum balance before requesting a payout. The default minimum is $50, but you can adjust this to $200, $500, or $1,000 in your settings. Higher minimums mean fewer transaction fees for you.

Payout Methods

We currently offer the following payout option:

Additional payout methods including Paxum, Cosmopay, Cryptocurrency, and ACH Bank Transfer will be available in the future. We will notify you when new options become available.

Choose your preferred method in Settings. Once set, your payout method is locked for security reasons—contact support if you need to change it.

Chargebacks & Refunds

Chargebacks: YourVids absorbs chargebacks on sales of content that was delivered. If a buyer disputes a charge with their bank after receiving the content they paid for, the amount is not deducted from your earnings.

This coverage does not apply, and the amount may be deducted from your earnings, where:

• The content was not delivered, including undelivered custom orders and boutique items;
• The chargeback relates to a tip;
• The chargeback relates to a wallet top-up or balance; or
• The transaction is found to be fraudulent, or the chargeback results from your own conduct or a breach of this Agreement.

Refunds: Where a refund is issued to a buyer, the corresponding amount is reversed from your earnings for that sale.

We review disputes before taking any action against your earnings. Creators with unusually high chargeback or refund rates may have payouts delayed pending review.

11. Your Responsibilities

Tax Obligations

You are an independent creator, not an employee of YourVids. You are solely responsible for:

• Reporting all income to relevant tax authorities
• Paying applicable income taxes, self-employment taxes, and any other taxes
• Understanding your local tax obligations
• Providing any tax documentation we require (such as W-9 for US creators)

We may be required to report your earnings to tax authorities. Consult a tax professional for advice specific to your situation.

Record Keeping

Maintain records of:

• Age and identity verification for yourself and all co-creators
• Consent documentation for everyone who appears in your content
• Any releases or permissions for music, images, or other media
• Your earnings and expenses for tax purposes

These records must be kept for the duration required by applicable law and made available upon request.

Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to age verification requirements, record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and any licensing or permits required for your activities.

12. Account Standing

Warnings

Minor policy violations may result in warnings. We'll explain what went wrong and what to do differently. Repeated warnings escalate to more serious consequences.

Content Removal

Content that violates our policies will be removed. You'll be notified when content is removed and why. For full details on content removal procedures, appeals, and DMCA processes, see our Content Removal Policy & DMCA.

Suspension

Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary suspension. During suspension, you cannot upload new content or access certain features, but your existing content may remain visible. Suspended earnings are held until the matter is resolved.

Termination

Severe violations or patterns of abuse result in permanent account termination. This includes immediate removal of all content, forfeiture of pending earnings below the minimum threshold, and permanent ban from the platform.

13. Termination

Closing Your Account

You can close your creator account at any time through your Settings or by contacting support. When you close your account:

• Your content will be removed from the platform
• Pending earnings above the minimum threshold will be paid out on the next payout cycle
• Earnings below the minimum threshold may be forfeited
• Your username may become available for others after a waiting period

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations of this Agreement, illegal activity, fraud, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

After Termination

Certain provisions of this Agreement survive termination, including ownership rights, liability limitations, and any obligations that by their nature should continue (such as record-keeping requirements).

14. Disclaimers & Liability

Platform Provided "As Is"

YourVids is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results. We make no warranties about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourVids is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of earnings, data, or reputation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YourVids, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your content, including copyright or privacy claims
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Any dispute between you and a buyer or co-creator

15. Miscellaneous

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the governing law and dispute resolution provisions set out in our Terms of Service and Site Agreement. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the platform or via email. Your continued use of creator features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Entire Agreement

This Creator Agreement, together with our Site Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and YourVids regarding your use of creator features.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchasing and accessing content

• Tips sent to creators (tips are voluntary and non-refundable)
• UrTokens (the Platform's virtual currency) purchases that have been used
• Account suspensions or terminations due to your own policy violations
• A creator blocking you, provided the purchased content remains available on the Platform

YourVids maintains a repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their accounts terminated. What constitutes "repeat" infringement is at our discretion, but generally:

We may terminate accounts immediately for egregious or willful infringement. A strike is vacated and does not count toward this policy if the removal is reversed on appeal, withdrawn by the claimant, or resolved in your favour after a counter-notification.

Regardless of where you live, if you are depicted in any content published on YourVids, you may request its removal at any time by contacting support@yourvids.com with "Removal Request" in the subject line. (North Carolina residents may use the dedicated removal agent described in Section 7.)

Non-Consensual Intimate Depictions (48-Hour Removal)

If an intimate visual depiction of you was published without your consent, we will remove it, and make reasonable efforts to remove any identical copies, within 48 hours of receiving a valid removal request, as required by federal law. This applies to authentic depictions and to digital forgeries, including AI-generated or deepfake depictions of you. A valid request must be in writing and include:

• Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act on your behalf);
• Enough information for us to locate the content (a direct link is best);
• A brief statement of your good-faith belief that the depiction was published without your consent; and
• Your contact information.

All Other Removal Requests by Depicted Individuals

If you are depicted in content and want it removed for any other reason, include a copy of your valid government-issued photo ID so we can verify you are the person depicted, and a direct link to the content. Verified requests are processed promptly.

• We will temporarily remove any content where a question arises as to the consent of a depicted person, pending verification.
• We make reasonable efforts, including hash-matching, to block removed content and known altered versions from being republished.

YourVids may be considered a secondary producer for certain content hosted on our Platform.

These are the official rules for YourVids leaderboard contests. By participating, you agree to these rules, our Terms of Service, and our Policies. YourVids contests are performance-based competitions determined solely by objective sales results. They involve no element of chance and are not sweepstakes or lotteries.

YourVids runs recurring leaderboard contests on weekly and monthly cycles. Winners are the top-earning Creators for each contest period, ranked by qualifying sales as described below. Participation is automatic: every eligible Creator's qualifying sales count toward the leaderboard, and no separate entry is required.

• What counts: Completed sales of content during the contest period, including videos, bundles, custom content, boutique items, and paid messages.

Contests are open to verified Creators whose accounts are in good standing: no active suspension and no unresolved material violations of our Terms of Service or Policies at the close of the contest period. YourVids may withhold prizes from any account under active investigation until the matter is resolved.

4. Prizes

• Winners receive cash prizes and promotional exposure. The prize amounts and placements for each contest period are announced on the contest page before the period begins.
• Cash prizes are credited to the winner's Creator earnings and paid out under the normal payout terms of the Creator Agreement.
• Promotional exposure (such as featuring or leaderboard placement) is provided at YourVids' reasonable discretion as described on the contest page.
• Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on prizes.
• In the event of a tie, tied Creators share the affected prize placements equally: cash prizes are split, and promotional exposure is provided to each tied Creator.

5. Contest Integrity

Artificially inflating contest scores is prohibited under Section 13.2 of our Terms of Service. This includes purchasing your own content directly or indirectly, coordinating purchases intended primarily to affect the leaderboard, using fraudulent payment methods, or any other manipulation of sales metrics. Violations result in:

• Disqualification from the affected contest period;
• Forfeiture or reclamation of any prize already awarded, including after the contest period has closed; and
• Account action under our Terms of Service, up to permanent termination.

Disqualification decisions are made by human reviewers and may be appealed under the Appeals process in our Complaints Policy.

6. Changes and Cancellation

YourVids may modify these rules or cancel a contest prospectively at any time. Changes do not apply to contest periods already completed, and prizes earned in completed periods will be honored. Contests are void where prohibited by law.

The 110% earnings bonus applies to all creator earnings during the promotional window, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM PST on June 2nd, 2026. The 10% bonus is calculated on the creator's total earnings for that day and credited at the end of the promotional window, in addition to the creator's standard earnings.

YourVids reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or revoke any bonus earnings, in whole or in part, for any reason, including fraud or manipulation, self-purchasing, abuse, or violations of the YourVids Terms of Service.

In the case of suspected fraud, bonus earnings may be withheld pending investigation and revoked if fraud is confirmed. All decisions regarding bonus calculation and revocation are made at YourVids' sole discretion and are final.
