I do love to workout at the gym.. I've been doing it for couple of years. I love the new vibes working out gives you and we'll, the sweaty smelly part after that haha and I know you do too!!! 😁
But.. the last months I've been dealing with a back hurt that has me resting from lifting machines.. I'm missing at least doing biceps you know... Exercise controlling your breath, repetitions, rest, again. The mental break that exercise gives to your complete self. So if you would like to help me make my breathing and exercise lil place..
