Trouble with connecting card info

When I went to connect my debit card through the settings I kept getting a "3D Secure authentication failed" message. 
   I don't know if this is a bug honestly and was wondering if anyone else had this problem?~

Yes. Took several attempts to make a purchase. Kept getting a "404 error- page not found" upon card verification after entering the code

Mine rejected the first time due a fraud alert from my bank. Once I approved the charge as legit, it has worked fine every time since then.
