Hey creators, a few new upgrades are live:
Upload progress bar
Files you attach in Messenger now show a progress bar with a percentage, plus a total for everything you're uploading. Works in chats, new messages and broadcasts.
Videos up to 500MB
You can now send videos up to 500MB each in Messenger (up from 100MB). MP4, MOV and WebM are supported.
File Vault
Tap the vault icon next to the paperclip to see every image and video you've already sent, and send it to someone else without uploading it again. Search, filter by images or videos, sort, and pick up to 10 files at once. You set the price and pay-to-view fresh each time you send.
Teasers for scheduled videos
In Headquarters → Videos, open the options menu on a scheduled video and tap Post teaser. Your followers see the preview, title and premiere date on your wall, but can't buy or open it until it goes live. When it launches, the same post becomes your normal video post, keeping its likes and comments. The option appears once the video is approved, usually within minutes of scheduling.
YourFans
- Each tier can now include up to 10 free-to-stream videos (up from 5).
- You can let members post in your channel, tier by tier. Turn it on for the tiers you choose in Headquarters → Subscriptions, and block anyone from posting if needed.
- Your offer now has its own page at yourvids.com/yourfans/your-name. It shows everything that comes with each tier, so fans can see exactly what they get before joining.
