We've given her our weighted skipping rope to make the workout a little harder. She is her normal chirpy self and chats and quips throughout the video. She confesses she's not skipped for years. She manages a few consecutive skips getting into double figures. We have filmed this with two cameras using two angles, a wide shot and a handheld closer framed shot. The video swaps between the two views throughout the video. Dolly's body looks awesome as she skips. All the body jiggles, bounces and quivers. As you expect we have added some slow motion sequences. We have added these right at the end so not to breakup Dolly's dialogue in the initial scene. The slow motion sequences are quite lengthy and start with a 75% slowed down section and then a 50% slowed down sequence using a different camera angle.
