Bailey casually talks about her belly button, and tells the camera to go closer and closer to see down inside of it. Starling touches her stomach and uses a chopstick and then a toothpick to excavate the bellybutton. Finally, he drops a big glob of cream into it, filling her bellybutton up. He rubs it around her belly to finish.
