This workout session is something different much relaxed and low intensity but entirely core workout. We all know Pilates how tough could be and this is another lever of core stretching Pilates. Well I have thought could be much easier with some of perspiration but I'm seriously impressed.
I start dry in my sexy stretchy back lacey pants and kind of sports crop top teasing you all over with my toned skinny body. Show some ribs, ass, teasing with close up panty view and so on. I tell you this workout all about core and glutes, hips opening etc. Sounds easy but once I turn on the relaxed Pilates music comes the sharp and isn't sweet part of my training session.
I do standing low impact exercises combined with some do on mat, Legs lifting, glutes, slow core motions and lot of different Pilates stuff. I should realize how fast I have built up all sweat on my body from head to toes and I love how shiny my body this time. Literally like I pour tons of oil haha. But I worked hard for all sweat drops as always.
You can admire lot of long legs view, panty ass, hard work on mat, like mountain climber but side way, plank, legs lifting on mat and so much more. All was so much fun and obviously not easy as I have expected at beginning.
