It was a beautiful hot day and I was near the water so I thought I would perform some "skull crushers". I'm trying to target my arms and legs at the moment.
Because I'm travelling, I can't carry around weights so I have been using water bottles as a substitute. Each bottle weighs about 2 kilos, so here I try two sets of 20 reps with 4 kilos.
