[custom] It was a very bad allergy day AND I was recovering from a days-long cold. I had been sniffling and coughing all day. I almost didn't film this because the cold was taking up all of my energy, but I am happy to give you a view of my recovery.
I'll be honest- I'm not used to coughing without covering my mouth but I want you to really hear and feel how sick I was that day... and I know you want all the spittle and breath on your face.
I blow my nose multiple times, loud honks echoing in the room. In the midst of sniffles and honks, I also massage my chest and neck with some chest rub to help clear my sinuses.
