I would say this is the most intense cardio what I've done ever don't need to explain why I guess :D But I felt I still have more energy after cardio so gave an extra booty lifting session on the top. I start with some tease, like show close up my sweaty face, hair, then slowly remove a bit my white tight leggings to show off my butt. Then let's start the workout. I try to show my body in different angles and also concentrate on my booty muscles. I do the workout session for 10-12 minutes then stretching my body to cool down. You also get some sexy peek on my butt when I remove pants and some sexy angles in the video. Well maybe next time I should make the entire sweaty Pilates session with some extra abs or butt workout to show you how quick I could swim in my sweat :)What do you think ? Have fun ❤️
