Session objective: self-administered inscription as ownership documentation — measuring the psychological load of written degradation applied by the subject's own hand under continuous verbal direction.
The subject is alone with a mirror, a marker, and a single word. The Doctor is not in the frame. His voice is everywhere.
He directs every line. She writes LOSER across her chest — his words arriving ahead of the marker, already inside her before the ink touches skin. Her stomach. Between her legs. Her forehead. The voice does not pause between inscriptions. It does not need to.
What the tape documents is not the word. It is the interval between each application — the moment she locates the next surface, raises the marker, and continues anyway. Her hands shake. Her breathing breaks. The letters on her face are written through tears that were already there before she reached it.
She looks at herself in the mirror. This is the centre of the tape. Not the marks — the looking. The way her eyes find the reflection and cannot hold it. The way ownership, at this particular depth, has no theatrical register. It simply sits on the skin in black ink and will not wash off until he says so.
