My buttocks, especially my glutei maximi, have been a stumbling block in my body building progression. The separation can be seen here in a video I shot during some of my first squat sessions. When I am lowering myself into the eccentric contraction portion of the squat. I am not happy about how this looks (I think my back and legs look good in this position although my shoulders are curved forward) and I think a more fuller buttock would look more appealing. What do you think?
