I LOVE listening to my body. She tells me where we need to stretch and increase strength. Many with my disease are already using canes and walkers at my age. I keep fighting for my mobility. There was a time I couldn't hardly walk .. thought my life was over after the car accident. Lost my career as a nurse. The chronic discomfort is disabling and consumed me. In particular I struggle with integumentary, joints, and gut health as well as having the excessive dislocations at all joints especially on the right side. Some days are better than others. One day Up, 3 days down.
