On the bathroom white ceramic floor, I first drop the trash bag that contains all the plastic bottles and containers that I'll destroy. I then show off My gorgeous ballerina feet, so you can admire My high arches, pointed toes (that I painted with glittering gold nail polish) and soles. Then I push open the trash bag with My feet to let the plastic trash out and I start compressing all the plastic containers one by one, to make them flat, and I even fold them in smaller pieces with My feet. Then I do the same with the dish soap, spices and oil bottles, as well as the cacao container. I compress all of the trash using the tip of My pointed toes, My whole feet, or My heels, and go on My tippy toes, even balancing on one foot on the tippy toes at some point, in a coupé-relevé ballet feet position. I also jump on one of the boxes, and I roll the round bottles under My feet before destroying them, to massage My high arches. I show the front, side and back of My feet, so you can also see My heels and highly arched soles destroying the trash. And you can clearly hear the compressing sounds the plastic makes. No talking. Then I bring back all the trash together to step and stomp on them and I finish with a view from above of all the compressed trash together.
